Conveyor Shop OÜ designs and manufactures conveyor systems for industrial production lines. We focus on stainless steel and hygienic designs for food, beverage and packaging lines.
Our team has designed, built and installed conveyor systems for more than ten years. We use proven conveyor types and adapt them to the customer's product, layout and requirements.

We build conveyors for food, beverage, bottling and packaging. Mainly for unit handling, also light bulk product handling. Single conveyors or complete lines, including the accessories and controls around them.

Our fabrication workshop is reserved for stainless steel only to minimize the risk of iron contamination on stainless surfaces.
Carbon steel, zinc plated or painted, is available. For these orders fabrication is done by an outside supplier and we do the final assembly here. This can mean longer lead time.
Typically 6 to 12 weeks from order to dispatch. This covers engineering, material procurement, fabrication, pre-assembly and functional testing. Lead time can be longer for larger orders with more custom engineering.
We ship from our workshop in Tartu, Estonia.

Challenges we solve
New production line or line extension
New machines that need to be integrated into your production line, or extra capacity added to an existing system. We design and build the conveyors to connect them.
Machine layout has changed
Changes in layout often require conveyors to change too. Our modular conveyor lines are easy to reconfigure and expand when needed.
More accumulation capacity is needed
Product accumulation absorbs cyclical production and short stops downstream, increasing the overall efficiency of your line. Solutions range from simple turntables to large accumulation tables and multi-lane accumulation conveyors.
Problematic product transfers
Large gaps, dead plates between conveyors where small and unstable products stop, tip or jam at the transfer point. Our modular plastic chain transfers run chains side by side with a 2-3 mm gap. Belt conveyors are available with knife edge rollers or a static knife edge to minimize the transfer gap.
Old conveyors are no longer reliable
We replace worn conveyors with new units built to the same layout. We design for reliability and ease of maintenance, and standard components mean spare parts stay available for years.
